about

The Inner Temple was first published in 2010. Since then it has found entrance into the hearts of many teachers and students of Kundalini-Yoga worldwide. The simplicity and accessibility of the chants have made The Inner Temple stand out as a practical tool for supporting yoga-teachers with their classes. It was designed to lead the listener and practitioner into his own inner temple.
The opening chant, Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo, also known as Adi Mantra opens the door and creates the link from the ordinary day-to-day consciousness to the golden chain of teachers uplifting the spirit.
The long Meditation with the Guru Gaitri Mantra "Gobinday, Mukanday, Udaaray, Apaaray, Hariang, Kariang, Nirnaamay, Akaamay" cleanses the subconscious from negativity and prepares the mind to dwell in god.
The Chant Suni-ai is based on four Paurees (verses) from the sacred poem JapJi Sahib by Guru Naanak. Suni-ai means 'deep listening'. This chant finally let's you dwell in silence which is healing and nourishing the soul.
